What happens to your report What we collect: what you write here, and your email address only if you choose to leave one. Why: to find and fix the problem. Where it goes: to the team that builds this site — not to the district. District volunteers cannot fix how the site behaves, and cannot read these reports either. How long: reports are kept for up to 12 months, then removed by the same scheduled job that clears the site's other records. Nothing else is recorded: no name, no IP address, no browser details. You may ask for your report to be removed: use this same form and quote what you wrote — that is the only route that works, because the district has no access to these reports.
